Exploding Orange is an independent software vendor (ISV) owned and operated by Karl Goiser and Andrée Salter. It was started in mid 2008 to act as the central focus for display and support of the applications they create.
Karl's interest in computers dates back to the first microprocessors - the first he tinkered with was the National Semiconductor SC/MP microprocessor (see Wikipedia here for more information). He has had several pc's ranging from Apple II's to a Commodore Amiga, and several Macs running both the classic OS as well as Mac OS X - even a couple of pc's as well. Computer languages he has used include BASIC, Pascal, C, C++, Smalltalk, and Objective-C, with the latter being his current language of choice.
To contact Karl on matters relating to contract or other work, please see the Goiser Software site.
Andrée works at the emergency department of a local hospital. She contributes greatly to Exploding Orange in terms of strategies and design.
Together they are lucky to have their lives enriched by their two children, Karl and Ziggy.
