Licensing outside the Mac App Store

I have been working on being able to produce licenses via this site for a while now.  Things have been very slow.  I know some of you are waiting for free or discounted versions. Sorry for the delay.  Things are very close now.  Unfortunately, I now won't be able to work on it for a week or so.
Things are so close that I can confidently announce that I'll be able to produce licenses from Thursday 5 May, 2011.
